MSPPro ("we", "us", "our") operates the MSPPro platform — an AI operating system for Managed Service Providers. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information across our website (msppro.io) and platform.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: account, business, and contact details at registration; lead and demo-request data submitted via forms; and billing data processed by our payment provider (we never store full card numbers). We also collect technical data automatically, including IP address, browser type, and usage analytics.

How We Use Information

We use your information to provide and operate the platform, provision tenant infrastructure, deliver AI agents and services you select, send service and account communications, generate aggregated analytics, detect and prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Data Hosting & Security

Platform data is hosted on secured cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel under least-privilege controls and logged for audit. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share data only with processors who support our service (hosting, email, analytics, payments) under data-processing agreements, or when required by law. Sub-processors are reviewed for adequate security and, where applicable, GDPR/CCPA compliance.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@msppro.io. EU/UK/California residents have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA respectively.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MSPPro. By registering or using the platform you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility & Accounts

You may register with a business email address. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Registration requires OTP email verification (MFA).

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform — including no reverse engineering, no scraping, no uploading malware or unlawful content, no circumventing rate limits or security controls, and no reselling access except through authorized white-label features provided by the platform.

Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans bill in advance on the cycle you select (monthly or annual). The Freemium plan is free forever. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice; existing subscriptions keep their rate until renewal. Refunds, where applicable, are handled per our refund policy on request.

AI & Automation

AI-generated outputs are provided as utility, not as professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing AI suggestions and outputs before acting on them or delivering them to clients.

Intellectual Property

MSPPro and its branding are the property of Agenticom AI. You retain ownership of your data and content. White-labeled assets remain subject to these Terms.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these Terms, security risk, or non-payment. On termination your data is retained for a limited period then deleted per our retention schedule.

Liability & Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding twelve months. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Security is core to MSPPro. We protect customer data and platform integrity with a defense-in-depth approach aligned to SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and NIST controls.

Encryption

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+ and at rest using AES-256. Secrets and keys are managed via a dedicated secrets store with rotation.

Access Control

Access to production systems follows least privilege and role-based access control. Administrative actions are logged and reviewed. Multi-factor authentication is enforced for all administrative accounts.

Monitoring & SOC

Our 24/7 Security Operations Center monitors platform infrastructure for threats, with managed EDR/XDR, SIEM, and automated response. Security events are triaged and escalated per our incident response plan.

Compliance

We map controls to SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and NIST CSF. Compliance evidence is collected continuously and made available to customers under agreement.

Vulnerability Management

We run continuous vulnerability scanning, patch management, and periodic penetration testing. Security researchers can report vulnerabilities via support@msppro.io.

Data Residency & Retention

Customer data is hosted in secured cloud regions and retained per contractual schedules, then securely deleted.
